blondieee_16 I have a lawyer but I just want to know what steps you took because as you said, stealing a purse is not worth have a felony on your record. So maybe that will get her attention. I’ve been fighting this for weeks now and I just want my money back or my purse.

sarahhesbacker @morgan_newhouse I’d recommend getting in touch with the police and they will reach out to her directly about it. I sent an email and text directly to the girl who tried to screw me over. I found out everything about her - where she worked, where she lived, and her phone number by reverse searching her name. It was kind of impossible for her to get out of it at that point

blondieee_16 @sarahhesbacker she blocked my number and blocked me on here so I can’t get in touch with her personally but I do know her real name and her address. I have mentioned to poshmark and her that my next step is involving a lawyer and I also opened a claim with the post office and it’s funny cause she tried to put the things I mentioned against me saying “my sister studies lawyering” (yes in that grammer) then said he’d grandma works for the post office 😂

blondieee_16 @sarahhesbacker so it’s pathetic that she tries to use what I did against me like I’m scared. And she threatens that I should be careful cause she knows people who live in my state implying she’ll have me beat up or somthing...trying to scare me but what’s funny is I literally work for a criminal defense lawyer and I am about to graduate with a major in justice and minor in psychology. I’m not giving up I’m just appalled that poshmark literally refuses to help me

It’s so horrible to know that not only individuals in this world can be so awful, but an entire company is letting it happen ignoring all my emails, messages, letters. Everything! I have found their personal Instagram accounts and messages. I’m doing everything!

sarahhesbacker @morgan_newhouse lol. Unbelievable. It’s just unfortunate that people are like this. I’d recommend downloading an app that allows you to make a new phone number/temporary and message her from that. The message will be received. I would say you are giving her 24 hours and at that point police in her area will be involved. Let her know the threat of felony, the cost of you hiring a lawyer, etc will be hers to pay. She can make this be a $1500 fee or a $5k fee.
