NWT Elizabeth and James Blouse Keeping!!!

I bought this last year for myself and have yet to wear, so it's time to see if anyone else would put it to good use. It looks like silk, but is polyester. It has 3/4 sleeves that are elasticized. The elastic is very loose, so don't expect to hike them up. The hem is elasticized, as well. It was not the huge bargain I like so don't lowball me if you hope to purchase.
