@felicia96xoxo I would say it could be worn by a 1/2 also, it's stretchy with no zippers or buttons, but form fitting.

@katucker18 she is a 25 waist and 36B top😊 hope this helps but like I said in a past post this dress is stretchy but form fitting, it would be a great fit for sizes 1-4 really.
