Floral Paisley Skater Skirt

This is one of the prettiest skirts in my wardrobe, but it just is too big. It's been a hassle trying to pin it every time I want to wear it! I really hope someone else can get some use from it. I've only wore it twice and there are no pills, rips, or stains. The elastic in the waist is just like new. Price is negotiable.
