psiouris There are two side pockets that you could use to put 2-3 diapers in each pocket that doesn't zip. If you look back at the picture I posted, it is on opposite side of the one with the zipper pocket. There are also 2 bottle pockets inside the bag that I forgot to add in description. I can go down to $115. @lbaker87
