saltydeals I see you are new, your sales are great for being on the new side sometimes it is posh who is canceling because of credit card issues but they should notify you in email when that happens customers only get so much time to cancel & if its already shipped / an offer button item they cannot cancel.. sorry about the issues many of us like to get our share counts up so we just share from parties, showrooms & the feed when we can esp. if new closet helps w/ exposure : ) Hope it gets better for you!
