This is a cute Abercrombie floral dress, girls size small. It's a stretchy cotton/elastin blend (like their tees) and is super comfy! My fav part is the adorable pockets with bows on them (pic 4). Dress measures 30" on hanger, from top of shoulder straps to bottom hem. The straps are not adjustable.
