freshfashfinds @adelinarodri_22 oh sure no problem! ☺️ basically I like to make sure I have good cover shots that are clear and bright, try not to have too many things in one cover photo, make sure the item you're selling is the center of attention! But the most important thing is to share share share! Not just your stuff, but other people's stuff. It's gets you more followers which in turn gets more people to see your closet! So keep sharing, and make sure you have nice covershots ☺️💕

freshfashfinds @sarahgrizzel oh it's okay I don't mind at all! ☺️ Have you had any sales? If someone has given you a review it'll show up in your notifications feed. So it is possible that you haven't gotten any ratings yet, and that's totally normal! Sometimes it takes a couple sales before you'll get a rating/review ☺️

freshfashfinds @schayna1992 Thanks so much for the kind words! I appreciate it 🙈💓 The biggest tips I can give you are: focus on bright, clear and beautiful cover shots. That's what gets the buyers attention, and makes them want to look at your items. 2nd, I'm CONSTANTLY sharing mine, and other peoples listings. Sharing is HUGE {in my opinion 😉}. And 3rd, be reasonable with pricing, look up similar items and see what they sold for, that way your items won't "sit" for very long!

Unfortunately, I have WAY too much stuff 😅 I had a shopping problem for awhile, and not only do I have stuff here in Reno, I have a ton of stuff over in Hawaii {where I'm moving to next week}. So, my problem is that I can't stop buying stuff, haha! 😂 I do recommend to do your shopping at consignment stores {think Plato's, and places like that}. That way, you can still get quality stuff, but for a fraction of the price.

schayna1992 @josiiih hey girl, me..again. I was wondering if you have had any experience with scammers? Or have ever had a bad sell? I have sold a few items and two of the buyers have not "accepted" the items..they were delivered yesterday, but I'm getting a little worried. Thanks in advance 😊

schayna1992 @josiiih well actually one of them says it was undeliverable because the "receptacle was blocked" so I have no idea what is happening with that. And the other one USPS has not given me an update and I haven't heard from the buyer.

freshfashfinds @schayna1992 Hi again! 😊 Yes I have had a couple run-in's with dishonest buyers unfortunately. If the items were delivered yesterday and they haven't accepted yet, just wait it out. I've had buyers wait until the 3rd day before they rated me. Some people just aren't considerate and they don't feel the need to be proactive about it. Which is a bummer for us sellers because we obviously want our funds released to us!

freshfashfinds @schayna1992 As far as it saying it was "undeliverable", contact Posh Support. At this point, what will probably happen is because the item was "undeliverable" it will be sent back to you. So contact Posh Support and tell them the situation. They'll contact the buyer, and send you a new label if necessary. That has happened to me multiple times, it's frustrating to deal with, but it usually works out! 💓
