Electric blue strapless dress. Wear it as as a sun dress or even a swimsuit coverup. Pretty front beaded embellishment sparkles so pretty in the sunlight or candle light if you wear it for an evening out. Empire waist makes it very comfortable and hides figure flaws. Worn about 3 times. Don't know the brand, I removed the tag because it was so scratchy.

Doing this makes it unavailable to others because of the high price. My buyer however has NOT come back to purchase it! glittergirlmimi @flygirl_142 hi there sorry for the delay. The skirt length is 23" measured from under the bust to the hem. The hem is a raw edge so you could easily cut it if you want to shorter. The bust area is about 6". Hope that helps! 😉
