Soft and full purple tulle mini skirt! Color is truest in cover shot :) never worn! fully lined and has a thick, soft and comfy cotton waistband. Not tight at all! Would fit a small/medium, has flexibility. I am a size 0/2 and it fits me, but also a friend who wears a 6. Has stamps to be hung by. Adorable for summer!
