sherriesharley @lalalilly Would need something between a 44-46 Bust size, 40" waist, 48" hips. My meds balloon my size in and out 4 inches every week. Just need comfy! I use a 34" inseam in jeans, not sure how that equates to tall dresses but it is a Tall in jeans. Thanks for asking, Sher
