malayah This looks very easy to make all you need to do is visit Michaels or hobby lobby. You can buy the flower and either hot glue it on or use fabric glue or if you're handy with a sewing machine. and as far as the face they sell fabric decals, you would just have to cut them out according to how you want it to look. Good luck!
