I have walked in your shoes I too was in a major life threatening car accident and another life threatening incident after giving birth to my 2nd daughter. You are so correct about dressing up and putting make up on to masquerade the sickness. I'm much better now. I hope for the best for you as well💕.

nidagetsemail Inspiring! I'm glad you are better. I have also been in a bad car accident and dealing with chronic pain is terrible....hopefully you don't have that too! If you don't mind me asking, did you end up having Guillain-Barre?

strivetobefab @nidagetsemail thank you for your kind words. No I don't mind, you asking at all! I am an open book about my health. Doctors are not sure what originally caused it. Some say is significant fall I had were I landed on my tail bone and other say it's due to undiagnosed serve reactive hypoglycemia and insulin resistance.

strivetobefab @nidagetsemail I have gastroparesis, digestive paralysis, pancreatic insufficiency, nonfunctioning gallbladder and ovaries, thyroid, and neurogenic bladder to name a few ha ha. Yes I do understand the chronic pain. I had my 3rd cervical spine surgery in April and I am fused from C2-T2 with rods and plates due to my first car accident and spinal cord injury. So you can imagine why the car accident in December knocked me in my rear!

swtjewelz @lauriechris i love this story. Thank you so much for sharing. I grew up poort too and with a single mom but her companion was my stepdad. Last year i just got into the whole fashion thing when i gave in to the fact that i deserved to look better. And now my stepdad is has stage 4 cancer and i want to open my boutique but i gave my whole savings to pay for a piece of his medical bills. But your story is inspiring that God is good!

thecatwalk @lauriechris. my heart goes out to you - my husband was injured in a similar fashion. Never believe that work comp or your employer will take care of you when you are no more use to them. Life has been a challenge but you can never get up.

strivetobefab @mamacatz here is my story. A while back I started getting even sicker. Fluid around my heart and an unexplained anemia and cognitive impairment. Was dx with an advanced stage of Lupus and Bechets disease / vasculitis. Like I mentioned decided not to do the immune suppression and steroids after bad side effects and just trying to heal my body naturally. ❤️
