Love the background you picked! It was hard for me to make up my mind too! It was the week of valentines tho so I ended up doing red roses. But then once I found out my theme I changed the background to a pic of New York (bc it was city style) and I put a collage underneath of pics I found on Pinterest that were the "look" I had in mind for HPs. (My listing is still in my closet).

Best tip tho: when you get your theme, cohosts, etc it just want to send out a reminder closer to time , lower your price and change the title to whatever you want to announce , ppl will see it in their feed w/ o you having to tag everybody

Aww how sweet! I would've never thought of stargazer lilies for a wedding but they're gorgeous! Might have to remember that idea! As to the newsfeed yes it is crazy! They day you announce it it's high then it slacks off in a couple days. Once you announce your theme it'll be high again, then once the official invite goes out the day before it is crazy until after the party is over! I finally set my feed to just show comments.

@meg23 I actually got my wedding flowers at the grocery store the day before my wedding! We were in Hawaii, so the selection was great! My friends made my bouquet. So cheap, and absolutely stunning. I had a huge lily in my hair too

Didn't realize til just now that your party is over three weeks away. At least you have plenty of time to prepare! I had 10 days from the time I got the initial email (not the one with the date!). Although you may not get much more time than I did from the time of the theme to the party. Lol

Another added perk that I may have forgotten to mention is that you should get a few sales between now and party day, especially the week of the party! And your followers will definitely increase a lot too!

Follow your own advice! 😉 Also @brie309 have me a great tip about putting your most expensive items towards the top. Ppl may just open your closet to follow you but hopefully something will catch their eye. Totally take advantage of all the extra visitors you'll have in your closet!

Wow that sold quick! I sold a lot in the week and a half after I announced my party until party day. (I didn't get much advance notice!). As to HPs, I tried to like some that I hoped would work, some did but a lot didnt bc I was picky girly feminine stuff then my theme was city style. But you don't wanna wait til last minute either. So kinda a toss up, wish they would announce themes earlier! Lol

@fashioniata Hi there! One of my PFFs recommended I email Posh and let them know I was interested in hosting. So I did that a few months ago, and then got an email a few weeks ago about hosting. I've heard that to be considered, you must be active on Posh for at least 3 months, and follow all Posh rules: don't sell items that are not allowed like men's, kids, health, used swimsuits or used makeup etc. And no transactions outside of Posh like paying on a different site. Does that help?

I know I hit a standstill before I found out my theme. Which was two days before. Those two days were absolute chaos! I literally lived on posh those two days! Darn! I really liked the single strand white one too, and it was such a pretty cover shot. Not sure about the official posh rule, altho I think it does have to be NWT, but even if not I know I would not even THINK about buying a swimsuit that didnt have tags and the hygienic liner!

@meg23 OMG I'm starting to freak out lol!! And yes, my news feed is insane - in a really good way!! So I have like 85 HPs solidified and what seems like a few hundred "likes" that I need to widdle down to 15 lol. Plus people are tagging me in potential items & asking me to peek in their closet - which I want to do, but I don't know how I'm ever going to get down to only 100!! I wish I could give out like 1000 HPs instead of 100 lol!
