These shorts are in great condition. The discoloration seen on the left in the cover picture is simply sunlight. They are vintage Guess, high waisted, with a Guess triangle patch sewn on the back pocket. They say they're a 31, but the waist fits more like a 27. The legs are loose and wider, not tight. They could easily be cropped to be shorter or tighter.

@pumaaa I think they should. I'm a 5/6 and they fit me perfectly. I would think on a 3-5 they'd still fit really well, and just not be as tight in the waist, which would be a good thing.

@pumaaa the waist circumference is 28.5" (14" across). I wasn't sure what you meant by the top of the shorts vs the waist but the rise is 14". They go a bit above my belly button
