07/2014 - my stepfather was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Its an exhausting journey & we stay faithful in God. All sales go towards paying his medical bills. Steppy D wants a grandchild 1 day & I had bad eating habits. I decided to make a lifestyle change as I did weigh in at 140 in December. I can admit I am a fat kid at ❤! Now I am training with a great team & poling for over 3 years, I have lost over 20 pounds in just a few months. I am getting ready for my first fitness comp. Then a baby!

mandirose86 I'm just now starting to get into working out, and it's rough but the hardest part is eating healthy !! So extra good luck to u. I'm trying!!!

swtjewelz @mandirose86 yes i am a fat kid at heart. I loved my food. But i got with this great nutritionist and workout coach which was very affordable and after one week of eating the meal plan she put together for me, i lost 12 pounds. You cant tell from my photos but i was about 140. I held it in my face and stomach.

swtjewelz @mandirose86 but now im down to 118 after two months and i am so happy for the change in eating. Now when i eat bad, i suffer the consequences. My body lets me know real quick. But i do sneak in a wendys frostie every now and then and some nachos.

swtjewelz @sonya1230 you got this! I dont mind sharing stuff that i know and see that works. Its an adjustment especially breaking free from the sweets and carbs. You are not far from your goal. I am very hard headed and stubborn and if i can do it, i know anyone can. And you have my support from Texas! 😆

swtjewelz @sonya1230 and thanks for the sweet compliments. I was so shocked i could wear that dress and not have to suck it in all night like i used to. I bought it from Jacqueline. I told her i may end up preggers behind her dresses. 😛 however between the other dresses ive bought from the other ladies, one of them is going to make the baby! Which is why they are kept safe for now in the back of the closet...LOL
