belleplaid @esme377 Hi Heather, I've got the measurements for you! The bust & waist are both 36". It's a shift dress, so the waist isn't defined. It's 100% polyester and the care instructions say it is dry clean only, but I had to remove some deodorant marks and it's very easy to spot clean with damp rag. Let me know if you have any more questions!

esme377 Thanks for getting back to me so quickly :)! My bust measurement is 36" so I'm not sure I'll have enough ease for this style dress, where I think I'd want at least 2" due to the fabric not being stretchy. Bummer... it's really pretty!

belleplaid @esme377 Hey Heather, after seeing your comment I re-measured the dress. I flat-measured it first, which I now realize was a mistake.😳Anything with darts or princess seams (the underlay is darted) shouldn't be measured flat! I just put it on my dress form to measure again and the bust is 38" not 36". Anyway, I just wanted to let you know since maybe it'll work out for you after all. 😉

esme377 I had that problem with one of my listings too - it measured 17"ish across at the chest but fits me easily. I'll have to keep this dress under consideration, then :). Thanks for double checking those measurements for me!
