@moonglow88 no worries, you can you them with any reductor gel. You will sweat all day, you don't have to exercise. But, it's better if you run or engage in some kind of physical activity. You will reduce inches off your waist because they're made of latex😀 you can buy the full body or just the corset. Personally, I just wear the corset.

oh. k. thanks for explaining. i'll think on it...is it noticeable under your clothing? and does it ride up under your clothing? if i'm wearing a tank top that has gotten too tight it will ride up over my "love handles" and i'm constantly pulling it down. this seems like it would be fitted tight. just wondering if that would give it the same issue? sorry about all the questions - i hope i'm not bugging u too much. just wondering if i want to invest. thanks so much for your time. =}

@moonglow88 I totally understand, I'm the same way. I use it every day, I only use the corset but if you want to hide fat around your arms, then you are better off using the complete one. Unfortunately I can't lower the price on these😓. Maybe you can try buying when they have the 99c shipping
