This is me when sellers don't provide tracking information. What really grinds my gears is sellers that aren't honest. I work for USPS so I can check to see if a package was shipped, picked up, etc. Please be honest. If you didn't ship it, don't say you did! I can easily check! I pay you, you ship (asap), you get paid! Simple!

readeadams A couple of times I've dropped off items at the USPS which didn't return a scan number to me or the buyer. I got a notice from PM to send the items, but I'd already done so. Both items eventually were delivered, but it took longer than normal. That totally freaked me out, not having any scan number. But i stayed in touch with the buyer and let her know.

danie8280 @readeadams When you drop your package off, have them (Window Clerk) scan it at the window. If you schedule a pickup, the carrier is required to scan the package as a pickup as well as scan a receipt that they give back to the supervisor. That is frustrating to both the buyer and seller.
