elpers6 I didn't mean to offend you but I follow Posh rules. The way for me to get a refund is to let them know. They issue the refund and they stated to me if I sent this back without opening a case I may not get my $ back. This is standard with refunds.

elpers6 @leliian Hi there! If you have a Posh compliant closet and a great sale history, you can email Posh and let them know you would like to be on the list to be a SU! Your closet looks great! I notice you have some items marked differently than what the actual brand is. This is frustrating when your looking for specific brands! I would just put Boutique brand! I hope this helps!
