KENSIE white/yellow high low dress

This is gorgeous on. Still shows shape but still very modest. And fun colors. Yellow slip with white overlay and yellow perks out of the lace in front. Bust is 16". Waist: 17.5" and hips 18". Top to bottom 43" in back and front is 9" shorter in front. Brand new with tags and retails for 89$. Made of polyester, cotton and nylon.
