dthurmond Okay so for the waist measurement I measured the top of the skirt, and that's about 14.5" laid flat, the skirt has a lot of stretch in this area. The full length from top to bottom along the back is 29". Willing to drop price for reduced shipping 💕 thank you for your patience, I've been dealing with a health issue this week.
