This is such a cool piece! Velvet trim around the sleeveless arms and then a iridescent wide row of shimmery sequins/beading at the bottom. Above knee cocktail style-I've never seen another like it.

frankiekeane @floralfolk hey there-it's velvet around the arms, & polyester body with the sequin border-it comes right above the knee-I'm 5'9-it's super cute on-got a lot of compliments in this:)

mountaingoat Also, what's the fabric? Is there some kind of texture in the main body? Can't quite tell from the photos... 😊 I know how difficult it is to photograph dark fabrics!

mountaingoat @frankiekeane ok, thanks for your help. Since it's in storage, I should ask: how soon can you ship it? I'd need to receive it by Saturday. The other thing is, I would need to know the length of the armholes before purchasing it. (Sometimes I run into tight armhole issues because my shoulders are a little broad. If you have any insight on the fit of this dress, let me know.) 😬 I'm a musician, and it would be for a performance next week, so I have to make sure it fits and that I can play in it. 😊

frankiekeane @mountaingoat ok-weird-but im a singer/musician as well and got it for the same thing-it was a lot more $$ than what I'm selling it for but I got such a great dress to replace it with...the armholes are a velvet sleeveless accent-very cool... The dress is like an A-line-with a poly/acétate body (if I recall correctly)...I had MORE than enough arm room, but I'm small on top-a sz 2/4....so it kinda hung on me up there... If you purchase, I'll ship Tuesday as Monday is holiday.
