PATTERNED BELTED DRESS

NWOT! Never worn before! The dress has a faux leather, adjustable belt. The bottom is similar in style to a circle skirt and is a sheer material. The top has 1/2 sleeves and is similar to a mesh material but it is not see through. There is a very small cut out in the back as well. It's size small but will fit a size 0-2! It's a great dress and in great quality!!
