One Shoulder Blue Cocktail Dress

Gorgeous royal blue one shoulder dress. New with tags, never ended up wearing. I'm 5'7" hits about ankle. Never worn. It says Large and I was a 12/14 and it fit perfectly, and it hides the stuff the spanks doesn't rid completely on the tummy.
