I believe it indicates reserved for a buyer...someone has clicked on the "buy now" button. I believe it's only supposed to remain reserved for 10 minutes or so while they enter their info and complete purchase. If it's been stuck for days you can delete and re-list or contact posh support for assistance.

@caligirlchic A item is only reserved when a buyer is in process of purchasing. This has been on my listing for almost two weeks now and I can't remove it. I don't what's going on with it. Lol.
