It's just that the summer is drawing to a close here and I fear that I won't be able to get it before next summer with my budget for the next couple months. I talked with my husband and he was reticent to go into debt for a dress, given our current financial situation. However, maybe by the middle of August I will have more perspective on where I'll be financially by September and I'll approach him again.
