NWT! Unique long hoodie tunic by Vintage Havana with attached ruffle under-layer in white, aqua, and blue. I'm 5'8" size S-M in tops- sleeves hit right at my wrists and the length is perfect with leggings, covers the bum! I wish I could keep this one!
