Hello my fellow Poshers! Some of you have noticed that my account has been restricted the past few days and my listings have disappeared. What happened was... Because of all the TRADES I've done on here, using Poshmark's shipping label and cancelling it, they ultimately restricted my account. I couldn't comment/make new listings/share any items! I'll continue to explain in my comments, but PLEASE TAG ALL YOUR FELLOW TRADERS ON THIS POST TO WARN THEM BEFORE THEY GET RESTRICTED LIKE I DID!!!

gl_closet Okay, so what has happened was... One day I was on Poshmark and commented on someone's post, ultimately wanting to trade, of course. Then, the "blocked" message showed up on my screen. I was really confused because I have NEVER talked/commented on that user's items before.So, I let it go and got on with my browsing. Then, another "blocked" message showed up and I thought this was getting strange.

gl_closet I went on my email to contact Poshmark and I got an email basically saying, THEY RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT DUE TO TRADING. Poshmark's Moderator Team has caught on to the buying & cancelling of shipping labels for trades. They sent me an email saying that they look at this as fraud and FINED ME for all the shipping labels I didn't pay for. I was literally freaking out thinking I owed like $100 to Posh, but lucky enough I only had to pay for 6 shipping labels.

gl_closet They fined me $29.94! More lucky of me, I had 3 pending sales which added up to $29.10 and Posh was nice enough to waive the $0.84! I kept emailing Poshmark back they said there were 3-4 options to pay for my fine. 1. Take it from my Posh balance • 2. 🅿️🅿️ them the fine • 3. Send a check • 4. Or just not paying it & never using Poshmark again | So I just told them to take it from my fee and within two days they took it from my balance and I JUST GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK LIKE AN HOUR AGO.

gl_closet I haven't been on Poshmark for about a whole week. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL MY FELLOW POSHERS WHO LOVE TRADING AND USING THAT $3 AND CANCEL METHOD, you guys should stop NOW or else your fine is going to get GREATER and GREATER. Further continuation of this act will lead to Poshmark ban! It's not worth losing my account.

gl_closet @aubvandermolen I would've made another account as well, but I worked WAAAAY to hard for "gl_closet" to happen with the stats and such. Also, I am close to my one year anniversary! Lol. @bri_shoshweet I feel like I did more than 6 trades using their shipping label, but they only charged me for 6! :)

ashlyn_rose it let me do it 5 times with the 3$ then canceling it but at the 6th time they emAiled me and I had to pay so I only do about 5 trades every couple months or I just make new accounts so I don't have to pay😂😂

rachelathomson Canceling the order is mail fraud and a federal offense. Both posh and the usps can sue you for thousands of dollars and send you to jail lol. It's a SERIOUS offense. You can trade but stealing a label, no.

gl_closet @kenzieleighcx well, the $7.99 way is basically you paying for shipping. Since Poshmark takes 20% of your earnings, you make $0.05 cents back from the $8 you spent to trade. Hoped that helped! 😊
