vdsmay @courtneyjule I figured out why it won't work. It has to be dropped from the last historical price. So if I had it priced before at $14, I can't raise it then lower it again to get the .99 shipping.

vdsmay @courtneyjule you must have missed my comment on why it won't discount the shipping on this item. I think that's about all I'm going to do with it. I do have a lot of people interested and you're getting an awesome deal. I'm on the other hand clearing a little over 10 for a shirt worth 70. I also put a lot into my packages that I send out. I'll give you another 15 minutes to think about it but it's open to anyone and will be going back up to the already low price of $15. That's all I can do.
