This 60s chic skirt is a statement piece to be had! Flattering a-line shape pairs well with anything. Has seen some wear in it's day, but this is a FABULOUS skirt! Small red pen mark on waist band, and tab closure needs to be re-sewn (see images). Size not marked but fits like a 0/2. Flat measurements: 12.25" waist / 19.25" hips / 25" long. Ruth Matthews is most famous for designing many of first lady Patricia Nixon's outfits during the 1968 presidential campaign.
