shaynatucker Hi @philosophette ! Those questions are a bit tricky. The waist has an elastic in it so its able to stretch in or out. Also, there is a clasp in between the chest area so it can be hooked to keep closed or left open and/or fashion taped in place, depending on personal preference. It's so flattering on so many body types!

shaynatucker @joannepruner the waist is elastic, so molds to fit. I’m no tailor, but my guess is yes. A size 0 is 24.5 inches. I just measured the elastic not stretched, and it’s about 23 inches, so should fit you fine. As for the top, it has a clip on the inside that looks like it could be moved if needed. I will add a picture of the inside clip
