@aeocava well thank you. I just put the dress on & the waist (where you see the tie) lines up with my belly button. I'm just under 5 ft 7; I'm a 38C & wear 14-16 bottoms if any of that helps. :) Thank you for asking. Have a great evening.

@lynnk4 31-32 armpit to armpit using the elastic lining to measure because that would be the tightest. The actual dress has a lot more inches. If it helps, I'm a 38C & I wear size 14-16 bottoms, L-XL tops. I uploaded a photo so you can see scale. :)
