It was my fault that it took me more than 72 hours to figure out that the bag is has no serial and worst of, is not even the same wallet as the listing as u can see. Appears that PM allows the removal of the listing even after its sold so original listing have been removed and therefore no way to contact seller. All I can do is share the experience here and tag you @crisselgon so we can work something out. I understand there can be a mistake and therefore pls refund and I will ship it back asap.

@crisselgon I understand mistakes can happen but this purse is not even the same as the one being posted and unfortunately it is not authentic.

I have contacted Posh and they have not responded beyond, "we do not allow listing to be removed, please be rest assured" but the error shows "Listing not found. Please try again"...Sob sob....

@marianne7 Its very weird that Posh allow removing of the listing once its sold and not have ways you can communicate with sellers so you're left with not much option at all....sob (again)

She probably shut her page down, because posh doesn't allow you to delete a post after its been sold. You should keep contacting posh until they answer you or call your bank, because they may give you your money back. I have an authentic wallet that I purchased from Saks that is similar to the middle picture and it doesn't have a serial number in it either.

And so after all this time Posh tells me to send the wallet back within 48hrs so I negotiated for 72 which they are ok but 3 days passed and never gave me address...I asked multiple times...is there a standard address I shud know???
