challmark2000 @boutiquebisel this is the dress I got in a 2X. It's shoulders measure 17ish and it's that really soft stretchy material. I'm 5'2 and weigh boutique 145 I hope that helps. I'm not so big on the bottom just bug chest and swimmer's shoulders
