msdodolala Hey- in the description of the necklace you purchased it says the clasp is loose and a loop needs to be added but the necklace is in perfect condition & the clasp issue was pictured & explained so posh is not going to accept your dispute.

briggy752 @msdodolala I'm not talking abt the clasp. You did NOT mention that there was a missing jewel. If I would have know that there was a missing jewel I wouldn't have purchased. I purchased KNOWING there was loose clasp and was ok with it, obviously- bc I purchased it. However, your picture clearly cuts out the area where there is a close up of the missing jewel and you failed to mention it in your listing. I've been on posh for 2.5 years and I've never had a problem.

briggy752 @msdodolala no one of the big black stones is missing. I took close up pictures is the case I had to open. Believe me this is a pain in the butt to me and I'm going out of town and really wanted this before but unfortunately I can't wear jewelry with missing stones, esp for that price.

I'm sure you understand and would do the same if you received an item not as described or as described but with missing detail!
