maradell @jay1595 can you explain what you think the major flaws are? If there were major flaws you could see them in all the pictures posted, they have flash and are from multiple angles. I never claimed that these were coming from a smoke free home. you got a discount on them and that's something that will go away on its own with time. Buying used items you can't expect retail quality.In the condition the shoes were in 9/10 you got a steal on the price.

Maybe you didn't look at the pictures I posted, but they have slight creasing which is shown and that is all. Poshmark does not do returns just because the buyer is uninformed and did not make an educated purchase. Buyers regret is not the sellers problem.

The point of a claim is to report items that aren't as described and I described the shoe you received to a T, so your claim is still false. Like I said it's not the sellers fault when the buyer sees and reads exactly what he's getting.
