courtneyl112 @hodgey58 poshmark sent me the same email you got. I never said a word to them about cancelling the order. I really hope the girl doesn’t keep the purse!! I am messaging you here in hopes the other seller doesn’t see. Posh refunded me. Ah- this isn’t what I wanted. I wasn’t aching to have my money released- I was irritated with the other buyer! I’m wondering if she might still ship it to you. If so, that would be the best outcome for the annoyance you’ve had to deal with.

hodgey58 @courtneyl112 I’m so bummed about it all! I really wanted that purse as it was a gift for my daughter. It would be perfect for her. I feel like if she doesn’t ship it it’s like she stole it! I do appreciate you trying to fix the issue and staying on top of it.

courtneyl112 @hodgey58 I 100% agree. I am messaging Poshmark back although I think they did this to get us off their back. All I wanted and asked for was for them to light a fire under the other buyer. That’s not right she would be able to keep it… I want you to have it as well!

courtneyl112 @hodgey58 no. She shouldn’t. I didn’t fully read her message to me this morning because I was walking into work- but I don’t get what’s stopped her from taking it by the post office- I will say- it is in a box (I didn’t want to crease the purse)- so she can’t put it in a mailbox. But yeah Poshmark does this. They will pay us to resolve a case and that’s not what we asked for.

courtneyl112 @hodgey58 hey! I am hoping the purse is on its way to you! After making a private apology yesterday to the other seller explaining my current situation I noticed she left me one star and said I needed to work on my responsiveness amongst other things. What a joke. I kept her informed every step of the way. I even did her job for her and contacted posh for another label- TWICE! I let her know how I felt and then blocked her. I’m shocked at someone like her.

courtneyl112 @hodgey58 I’m really sorry this happened again- work and my home life with my son has been hectic and busy- and I lost my boyfriend in a tragic accident about ten weeks ago. Mentally I am just trying to make it. So I appreciate you going out of your way to get this sorted with me and I really hope you get the purse. I hope your daughter loves it! 💕

I know things happen and the fact that you were so quick to try and make it right meant a lot :) I’m so sorry the other buyer was such a b*^%# — Lol I did not like her! I wrote a long complaint email to PM about the other buyer for her unwillingness to communicate with us and what seemed like she was refusing to ship the purse.

courtneyl112 @hodgey58 I have sold so many things and have never made this mistake. I hate it happened to such a wonderful person such as yourself. I agree with your comment above lol- she made it clear she wasn’t in any rush to do her part. I’m not sure if it’s bc she only bought a pair of $12 shorts or what… but you have been so kind & that has meant so much. Thank you for your condolences. 🤍 you never expect anything like this to happen.. so it’s been rough to navigate. Enjoy the rest of your weekend!
