This is a cute floral skirt from Forever 21. It has a beautiful blue rose floral design and zippers up in back. Says size small but probably would work better for an XS or someone who wears a size 0-2 although it does have a little stretch to it since it is 97% cotton 3% spandex. Waist is approximately 13" across and length is approximately 23.5". No trades/no PayPal. Offers are welcomed.
