Love this skirt but was to big on my hips. FYI I have no hips! lol Says size 0 but I'm a size 2 so I would say if your a size 2 with a blessed bottom half or a slim size 3 this skirt will look amazing on you. NWT. Length is approximately 16.5-17 inches.
