Awful scammer....after 3 years on posh ive been scammed. She has my brand new note 4 worth 750$ and never sent her iphone. I feel so stupid...and it was a trade. She wrote that i scammed her....its soooo sad n such a,lie. help.....got her package in the mail today....she sent me batteries and newspaper....

lildrew Inform posh , you can contact police. You have the address you sent it to they can go by her house and arrest her for fraud/identty theft cause thats not her in the pic. You can sue her as well.

aprils2ndcloset @annaadler369 Hi Anna, I am so incredibly sorry to hear this. 😔Unfortunately, as you have discovered trades can be high risk unless you know the other Posher. Send an email into Poshmark support right away & hopefully they can provide you with details on how to report this situation. I have never had to deal with something like this myself. 😕 I'll be sending positive thoughts your way that this issue is resolved. 💕

poshlove78 @mollydolly well its receiving stolen goods at this point. That is if she ships. I have seen other posts about this girl. She has multiple accounts that she only trades from. No selling. That should be a red flag. Over $500 in most states is a felony. File a police report right away

ginasaraiva That stinks, it's not safe to trade unless you know who your dealing with. I will not do anything with some of this lying scammers, they got me 2x. I'm so furious too. Call the cops and give her info, they will go.

I google searched the picture you put of the girl and it looks like whoever made the account took that girls picture from twitter/facebook/etc. Not that it helps, but just so you know it's likely not the person who has that picture

poshgirlsglam I am so sorry that happened to you! I do trade once in a while and so far I've dealt with awesome honest Poshers! But I always read about them to see if they have "love notes" from their buyers! That usually is a good way to gauge them in the community!

annaadler369 @nannette17 this was the real person who scammed me... I think it's a man. Her original pic was of an adorable blonde girl. Then when I figured him/her out.... he/she put this pic up. Oh and the police found the house. It was an abandoned home and they were using the. Ame of someone who died. It was a ring of scammers :(
