holycrapola10 @hannahlcxo I'm a size 27 waist and it was pretty hard to get on and I tried to take it back n they wouldn't let me so I think as long at your waist is smaller then 27 it would be great but it is a trainer so it does feel uncomfortable untill your body is used to it.

hannahlcxo Okay thank you! I'm a 4 in AE jeans. And I wear a 27 in miss me jeans and stuff like that so I think I'd need a medium! or would that be too big and defeat the purpose? Lol

holycrapola10 @hannahlcxo to be honest she told me I needed a small but I used to have help putting it on and off but wen it was on I was fine I jist felt pretty uncomfortable and didn't believe I could work out in it which is why I bought it.. there are three different levels to ut so u start in the biggest way and work your way in I just thought I'd like it but it's not as easy as ppl make it seem lol

holycrapola10 @hannahlcxo well I only wore it twice so I didn't see too much of a difference but my friend got one at the same time and hers is working for her lol plus u can wear it to fit into jeans or shorts so it does help u fit into clothes you love but no longer fit into just depends on how long you want to wear it for.
