SOLD ! Sweet ruffled dress

Rayon dress, fully lined. Fabric buttons close along the chest, elastic waist. Such a sweet dress! It could use a bit of ironing from storage... The dress also has a faint line above the green portion. It looks like that was an artifact of air drying and I think it can be washed out, but in the interest of full disclosure wanted to make sure it's noted!
