fitresults @fourgiven 1 gram of lean protein per lb of body weight... animal protein spread evenly throughout the day.... challenge yourself with the weights!!!! Lift as heavy as you safely can... if it’s feasible get a trainer to map out each muscle group for you and stay consistent 💪💪💪

fitresults @mel_alexandria competing is a lot of work lol ty for the compliment that was my last show... my best advice is to find and contact some coaches to meet with so you can get an idea of what needs to be done. Make sure you give yourself atleast 12 weeks or more of prep before stepping on stage ... 💋💋

ezzy56 @fitresults I respect the work this takes, and it is true this lasts only a few months. But whoever does this has my respect. You have to eat a certain diet and it takes a heavy toll. My mom got worried for me when I had to eat a certain way for competing. After years of Tennis it was over I got a bit chubby :D Trying to exercise each day at least. The important thing is to be well :3
