@frankiekeane the waist is 28" around (14" across one way) and the hips can stretch up to 18" across or about 36" around. Hope that helps!

@davisashleyc it's a true to size fitted 4. I'm usually a size 0-2 or 25 in jeans and this is loose on me. The waist is about 13.5-14" across laying flat. It's also nicely fitted around the hips. Hope that helps. :)
