mackenziecloset @klowz Hi Karla! Thank you, I know exactly where I bought it, it was from Neiman Marcus, in Tysons corner just outside of DC. I can narrow down the timeline because of when I live there making it probably 1999, or 2000. I think I’ve literally worn it once or twice, I left the area and moved to the south.
