blondeatsworld I would say yes I am mostly a 37.5 (7 1/2) in most designers shoes (jimmy Choo, YSL, manolo) YVES Saint Laurent is pretty consistent with their sizing The only time I've had to get a different size is for Christian Louboutins they seem to be inconsistent for me
