Absolutely adorable Free People Floral mininskirt. Sits at true waist, buttons up front. Lined, a bit flowy. It has pockets, which really... who doesnt love lol! Worn but shows no signs, perfect condition. Waistband is 28" length of skirt is 15" in the center and 15.5" on the side.
