SOLD AT LOCAL CONSIGNMENT Cute black leather mini from Ann Taylor Loft - pockets, fully lined, elastic waist, cool metal closure. Except for one tiny subtle blemish (see close up), this skirt is in great condition. I think the fit is pretty generous and possibly fit a 10. Waist measures 16.5" across flat, but gives more with the elastic, hips measure 21", length from waist to hem is 18". Posted 10/1
