rebecca7005 is the neckline uneven? it looks like it was cut with scissors and is uneven, or am i just not seeing it correctly?

u_look_great @rebecca7005 It came this way from promotion company that supplied it to my daughter. I suppose it is uneven to match the bottom. I imagine they wore something under or layered it for the promotion.
